Pre-natal and Post-natal Pilates is the best recipe to keep you in shape throughout every trimester, Not only will it keep you strong and flexible, but it’s the perfect antidote to the discomforts associated with your pregnancy.
The added bonus! Pilates engages your deepest core muscles, pelvic floor, hips and spine, giving your body strength and resilience as your belly grows. You’ll develop muscle strength and memory that will help your body recover faster post-pregnancy. Although Pilates is one of the safest workouts you can do when you’re expecting, be sure to check with your doctor before you begin this or any workout program.
This is a private pre-natal pilates class.
This is a supervised, structured 45min exercise class for all pre-natal fitness levels. Bodylicious creates a fun and motivating environment for moms-to-be working towards the same goal of staying strong and fit. Individual exercise modification and care are taken to ensure you are challenged while exercising safety during your pregnancy at the Barre.
