A fun, energetic, 45min workout the fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body! Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element using the Barre. This class will increase your stamina, and transform your body with emphasis on that booty! Not for the faint of heart! Certain Barre classes are suggested and suitable for Pre-Natal please enquire.
What is Bounce?
Are you ready to take your Cardio to new heights? With this 45min high intensity low impact workout you will incorporate muscle isolation with your Bouncing cardio moves. This is a workout that will give you the tone and endurance as well as the energetic upbeat cardio workout while you bounce. This fusion of toning & cardio is a unique experience that gets fat burning and fast results!
What is Flex & Bend?
How to increase your FLEXIBILITY? Flexibility training is perhaps the most undervalued component of conditioning and is also one of the most important! In this 45min class you will be introduced to bend wheels, tools & toys to keep your stretching program interesting. Classes incorporate dynamic, static, assisted stretches & myofascial release techniques to improve longevity, athletic performance and overall health. For first timers you may want to start off here!
